There are locations for business and light industrial use. Lakeside Boulevard is the most heavily traveled county road in Sussex County. The maximum population of the Borough is projected at about 20,000 people, or fewer.

Visit the Borough CODEBOOK for specifics on Zone requirements, and site plan and subdivision applications.
